Contest Rules

• NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN!
• The MTA member must complete the referral submission form and obtain a quote from Educators Insurance Agency to be entered into the raffle.
• EIA will randomly draw the name of (5) winners who completed entry and received a quote within the contest period.
• Each of the (5) raffle winners will receive a $500 gift card for a classroom makeover.
• EIA will also award a $500 gift card for a classroom makeover to the person named as the “referrer” on the winning submission forms. A “referrer” may win up to (5) gift cards.
• Prize may be substituted for a $500 gift card if the winner(s) does not have a school classroom.
• Eligible family members are defined as mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, grandchild, or the spouse or domestic partner of an active, deceased active, retired or deceased retired MTA member.
• All form submissions and quotes for entry into the raffle must be completed by 11:59pm EST on 8/11/19. The winners will be notified within (7) business days by phone or email after submission date ends.
